We are looking for a skilled and analytical Research Driven Junior Software Engineer for our Colombo Office (Pitakotte) to work on global product developments in ASP.Net, C#, AJAX with cutting-edge web technologies adhering to Agile practices. The selected candidate will work in a team environment providing research and product development leadership to develop high quality software components for a revolutionary product servicing our global clientele.

Research Driven Junior Software Engineer
Key Requirements:
- Solid understanding in Object Oriented Analysis & Design
- Assist in design and develop software using Microsoft.NET Framework and other technologies as required
- Knowledge and experience in Microsoft development platform (C#, ASP.NET, Ajax ), Enterprise Libraries, XML Web Services, SOAP, etc
- Knowledge in HTML, CSS, XML and web design standards such as W3C
- Develop web-based software including core product components, highly interactive features, web services etc.
Involve from start to finish in SDLC practising Agile programming method - Assist in producing technical documentation where required
- Quickly learn and master new technologies where required
- Involve from start to finish in analysis, requirements planning, implementation, testing and deployment
- Ability to Effectively communicate with team
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English is a MUST
- Handle pressure while working on tight deadlines
- Proven commitment towards delivering high standards with an attention to detail
- Be able to demonstrate self motivation and team performance through project work
